Refurbishment Works at the Aberdeen Music Hall

North Group are delighted to have successfully completed our works as a key contractor during the recent refurbishment of Music Hall, Aberdeen.

Before the initial works took place, we were involved in the protection of a number of high value items within the building, including the statue of Queen Victoria and the Grand Organ.

Some of the key works undertaken by our team included new partitioning, forming new toilets within the basement, as well as the new bar area.

In addition, we carried out the installation of new cubicle and wall panelling within the toilet facilities. We also completed the replacement of doors and ironmongery throughout, and the new timber panelling to the rear of the stage.

We also installed the new tiered seating on the ground floor as well as the installation of the new seating throughout.

Our in-house architectural studio designed the new reception desk, bar and dressing tables, which were then produced within our fabrication workshop and installed by our expert site services division.

This was a unique and exciting renovation project which provides tremendous cultural value to the city of Aberdeen.
