North Group recently completed the works on the new annexe corridor, reception and restaurant fit-out at the Leonardo Hotel, Dyce.

North’s team collaborated with Cunningham McLean Architects to deliver the all new corridor which links the existing hotel and restaurant.

As part of the works, North worked alongside three contractors: MDK Fabrication, who manufactured and installed the new steel frame work for the corridor; Barry Dawson Builders, who carried out the brick and block work construction of the external walls; and BriggsAmasco, who installed the new roof.

North’s in-house joinery workshop also manufactured the new reception desk, ‘Grab & Go’ integrated quick service unit and buffet counter, purpose-designed by Cunningham McLean Architects. North also manufactured and installed new fire places within the bar and reception areas.

In addition, North Group completed the internal finishes works which included flooring and decoration.
