Marischal College is one of Aberdeen's architectural jewels, and this former educational college is now home to Aberdeen City Council.

North Group were involved in renovation of this magnificent building, which involved removing the existing ornate oak wall panelling within the Grant Room and restoring it back to its former glory, together with uplifting and restoring the oak flooring in our joinery workshop, before reinstalling onsite.

Examples of period external doors were produced within the joinery workshop to replace those that once graced the courtyard of this iconic building and internally, door sets, skirting, window sills, ironmongery, together with the creation of a modern ceiling incorporating a mixture of both metal and wood, all formed part of a most exciting and rewarding project.
